How does setup and teardown work?

Our attendant arrives before your event to set up the booth, stays for the duration to assist guests, and handles full breakdown when it's over.

Are props included? Can I bring my own?

Yes! We bring 30–50 props. You're welcome to add your own themed accessories too.

Do guests get digital copies?

Absolutely. Each print has a QR code—guests scan to download their photos and GIFs instantly.

How much space and power does the booth need?

We typically need about a 10×10 ft area (a bit less works for some setups), access to a standard outlet, and a clear load-in path. Tell us your venue layout and we'll confirm what works.

Can we add our logo or event branding to the prints?

Yes. We can design custom templates with your logo, colors, date, or hashtag. Share your brand guide or inspiration and we'll mock something up before the event.

How far in advance should we book?

Weekends and peak season fill up fast. Reach out as early as you can—if your date is open, we'll get you a proposal quickly. Last-minute requests sometimes work too; just ask.

Is an attendant included?

Yes. A trained attendant stays with the booth to help guests, manage the line, swap props, and keep everything running smoothly.

Can the booth be used outdoors?

We prefer a covered, level spot protected from wind and rain. If you're planning an outdoor event, tell us the setup so we can recommend the safest option or a backup plan.
