Yes, and it is included rather than an add-on. Every event comes with a private cloud album containing every photo taken that night, in full resolution. Post from it, put it in your recap email, and share the link with everyone who came so people can find their own shots.

Yes. We work with campus organizations regularly and know that most student orgs cannot pay with a card at checkout. We accept purchase orders, invoice the department or student activities office directly, and take payment by direct deposit or ACH. Tell us how your school pays when you first reach out and we will set the booking up that way from the start rather than sending you a payment link you cannot use.

Yes. Send us your school or organization tax exemption certificate and we will take Massachusetts sales tax off the invoice. Easiest is to send it with your first message so it is handled before the invoice goes out.

That is normal and we plan for it. At most Boston schools a student cannot sign on behalf of the university, so we send the unsigned paperwork to whoever does, usually a staff member in student activities or the contracts office. If your school issues its own vendor contract instead, send it over and we will work from that.

Student organizations, campus departments, Greek life chapters, and schools billing through the institution. It is not available for private events, including private parties hosted by students.

Yes, as a paid add-on. Adding your club logo or event name to one of our frame designs is $100 and needs three days lead time. A fully custom frame designed by our team is $200. If someone in your org has already designed a frame, we charge $120 to format and test it on our printers so it prints correctly on the night.

Two to four weeks is usually fine outside of formal season. Spring formal season and the first few weeks of the fall semester fill fastest, so aim for four to six weeks then. If your school needs a contract reviewed or a vendor set up first, that alone can take six weeks, so reach out early even if the date is far off.

Roughly 10 by 10 feet with about 8 feet of clearance, plus one standard outlet within 25 feet. That fits comfortably in most student centres, ballrooms, and function rooms. We arrive about an hour early and take 30 minutes to pack out, and neither counts against your booked hours.

Yes. Every booking includes a trained attendant for the full event. They run the booth, help people with props, keep the line moving, and fix anything that comes up. Nobody from your org has to babysit it.

Please do. Walk into our Newbury Street or Harvard Square store any day we are open, use the booth, and take a strip home. No appointment needed, and it is the same equipment we bring to campus.
